Leading Hand

My biggest achievements include becoming a leading
hand, completing my apprenticeship at a young age, managing teams on-site, and
enjoying camping on weekends to reset and recharge.
Favourite food: Bowl of wedges from the Bribie Island RSL

My role has evolved from simply completing tasks to guiding the
team on how to complete them effectively. Outside of work, I enjoy heading to the footy.

Apprentice Carpenter

I’m most proud of my ability to work independently
while delivering high-quality results. I got into carpentry because I’ve always enjoyed
building and problem-solving.
Fun Fact: I have made 8 different touch teams, 1 been Broncos touch

I chose carpentry to pursue my passion for building, inspired by my Pop. Framing is my favourite part of the job. As my role has
developed, I’ve gained and applied many new skills along the way.

I’ve increased my knowledge and skillset, which I now use to
support the team across all aspects of our work. My favourite part of being in the team is always having access to advice and guidance when we need it.
Fun Fact: Placed 5th out of 100 in the 200m sprint at the state championships
